Hubbard (calf) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Hubbard has now logged back-to-back limited practice sessions, and he said Thursday that he plans to suit up for Sunday's game at the Jets, per David Newton of ESPN.com. Rico Dowdle has been sensational as the Panthers' fill-in starter across the span of Hubbard's two-game absence, however, so it remains to be seen who backfield snaps will be divvied up if both players take the field Week 7. If Hubbard can upgrade to a full practice session Friday, he could avoid an injury designation entirely for Sunday's contest.

Egbuka (hamstring) isn't taking part in practice Thursday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Though the Buccaneers will get receiver Mike Evans back on the practice field Thursday for the first time since he suffered a hamstring injury in a Week 3 win over the Jets, Egbuka is one of three key skill-position players who will sit out the team's first Week 7 session. Along with Egbuka, wideout Chris Godwin (fibula) and running back Bucky Irving (shoulder/foot) will be sidelined Thursday, and the statuses of all three players appear to be in doubt for Monday's contest in Detroit. Before having his day cut short by a hamstring injury in this past Sunday's 30-19 win over the 49ers, Egbuka had taken full advantage of Evans and Godwin missing time over the first five contests, compiling a 25-445-5 receiving line on 38 targets while adding nine rushing yards during that stretch.

Brooks (neck) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Brooks played all 64 of the Dolphins' defensive snaps in Week 6 versus the Chargers, so it's not clear when he suffered the injury. In any case, he'll have two more chances to practice in full before Miami releases its final practice report of the week Friday.

McManus (right quadriceps) didn't practice Wednesday.
Instead, McManus was in sweats and sneakers, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, while fill-in placekicker Lucas Havrisik handled those duties to begin Week 7 prep. It's unclear if McManus is trending toward another absence Sunday at Arizona as he tends to the right quad injury that he sustained in last Wednesday's practice, but if he's inactive, Havrisik is decent insurance after connecting on both field-goal attempts and all three point-after tries during the Packers' Week 6 win against the Bengals.

Jacobs was limited in practice Wednesday due to an illness.
After a somewhat slow start to the season, Jacobs has been making the most of his workload over the last two games, combining for 307 yards from scrimmage and four rushing TDs on 49 touches. As the Packers kick off Week 7 prep, he's dealing with an ailment, but his ability to practice in some capacity Wednesday indicates he isn't in much danger of missing Sunday's contest at Arizona. Jacobs will have two more chances to get back to all activity ahead of the weekend.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Smith (illness) will not practice Wednesday, Matt McMullen of the team's official site reports.
Smith didn't record a rush attempt during Kansas City's win over the Lions in Week 6, though he did secure three of four targets for 21 yards. The rookie seventh-round pick has played exactly six offensive snaps in back-to-back games. Smith will still have two more opportunities to get back on the practice field ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, though if he were to miss any time it would likely pave the way for Elijah Mitchell to make his regular-season debut as a reserve backfield option behind Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid confirmed Wednesday that Rice will play in Sunday's game against the Raiders, Nate Taylor of ESPN.com reports.
Reid declined to discuss expectations for playing time, saying he isn't sure how many snaps Rice will take. Reid did say that the wideout is in good shape, and ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that the Chiefs won't ease Rice back into action. Rice's impressive production to this point in his career means most fantasy managers will want him in lineups, even if there are minor workload concerns for his first game in more than a year. He's coming back from a six-game suspension after completing his rehab from an LCL tear during the offseason. Rice also dealt with a groin injury during the preseason, but there's been no hint of any trouble there since August. He's been allowed at team facilities since Week 4, giving the Chiefs plenty of time to evaluate his conditioning and get him up to speed schematically.

Knight totaled seven tackles (four solo) during Cincinnati's loss versus the Packers on Sunday.
Knight had a solid outing despite the loss, finishing tied for second on the team in tackles behind Barrett Carter's 10 (seven solo). Sunday's outing marked the fifth time this season that the 25-year-old has surpassed six tackles across six games played.

Gray notched 12 tackles (three solo) and two defensed passes Sunday in a loss to Las Vegas.
Gray led Tennessee in tackles in the 10-point loss. He's now recorded double-digit stops in three straight games, totaling 41 tackles during that span. That's put him firmly on the map in IDP fantasy leagues.

Oluokun recorded nine total tackles (six solo) and one pass defended in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Seahawks.
The veteran inside linebacker from Yale played 100 percent of the Jaguars' defensive snaps and led his team in total tackles for the second consecutive week. Oluokun has now tallied 53 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, three passes defended and two forced fumbles through Jacksonville's first six games this season. He's expected to remain one of the league's top defensive playmakers in the Week 7 matchup against the Rams.

Gordon carried the ball twice for one yard during Miami's 29-27 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.
Gordon once again struggled to display efficiency while operating as the Dolphins' top reserve backfield option, while starter De'Von Achane gashed Los Angeles with 16 carries for 128 rushing yards (8.0 YPC) and two scores, adding four grabs for 22 yards in the receiving game (six targets). At this stage, Gordon retains fantasy value purely as a handcuff in deeper formats, as his availability has rendered Jaylen Wright a healthy scratch. The rookie sixth-round pick faces a rough matchup on the road against Cleveland in Week 7.

Ayomanor had three receptions on five targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to Las Vegas.
Ayomanor produced his third underwhelming performance in a row as the Titans returned to their losing ways in 2025. The lack of production from the rookie is especially concerning considering that No. 1 wideout Calvin Ridley (hamstring) left the contest early and did not return. Van Jefferson (4-75-0) wound up taking advantage instead and finished as Tennessee's leading receiver. That said, if Ridley is forced to miss next Sunday's tilt against the Patriots, Ayomanor may have a prime opportunity to return to the form that made him a hot pickup early in the campaign.

Havrisik went 2-for-2 on field-goal tries and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 27-18 win over Cincinnati.
Havrisik was tasked with filling in for Brandon McManus (quadriceps) in Week 6, making field goals from 43 and 39 yards in the victory. The kicker certainly showed enough to garner another opportunity in Week 7 if McManus remains unavailable.

Pickens recorded nine receptions on 11 targets for 168 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Panthers.
Pickens accounted for all three of Dallas' longest plays from scrimmage, recording catches of 45, 34 and 31 yards. That production came in a variety of ways, as he served in his more traditional deep-threat role but also showcased his athleticism with hurdles and jukes to elude defenders. Pickens' touchdown came on a slant route over the middle of the field, and he out-raced defenders for a 34-yard score. He has at least one touchdown in five straight games and now has over 100 receiving yards in consecutive games, stepping up very well in the absence of CeeDee Lamb (ankle).

Thomas secured eight of 10 targets for 90 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 20-12 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.
Thomas led the Jaguars' pass catchers across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets, one-upping the then season-best 80-yard effort he'd posted against the Chiefs on Monday night. The second-year wideout also scored his long-awaited first touchdown of the campaign via a 21-yard grab late in the first quarter that opened the scoring on the afternoon. Thomas has started to find some equilibrium in his production over the last three games, and he'll aim to extend the momentum in a Week 7 matchup against the Rams in London.
10/12/2025 4:43:00 PM
Taylor rushed 21 times for 123 yards and a touchdown while securing all four targets for 14 yards in the Colts' 31-27 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
Taylor put together another signature stat line, averaging 5.9 yards per carry on his way to his second-highest rushing yardage total of the season. He also scored his fourth touchdown of the last two games on a one-yard rush with under five minutes remaining to erase a 27-24 deficit and put the final points of the day up on the board. Taylor is already sitting on 603 rushing yards, seven rush TDs and an average of 5.3 yards per carry through six contests, and he'll face the Chargers' porous run defense in a Week 7 road showdown next Sunday.

Nix completed 19 of 30 pass attempts for 174 yards and a touchdown while adding 24 rushing yards on five attempts in Sunday's 13-11 win over the Jets.
Nix played the role of game manager for Denver in a gritty defensive victory overseas in London. The 25-year-old did not complete a pass for the entirety of the third quarter, which helped contribute to his second-lowest yardage output as a passer this season. On the bright side, Nix was involved in the only touchdown scored for either side Sunday, delivering a 16-yard strike to TE Nate Adkins in the first quarter. With nine touchdowns thrown to four interceptions through six starts, Nix checks in as a middling fantasy option in Week 7 when the Broncos host the Giants next Sunday.

Luvu recorded four tackles (two solo) in the Commanders' win over the Chargers on Sunday.
Luvu had a quiet outing in the victory despite playing all but one defensive snap. The 29-year-old will look to return to his regular level of production in the team's Week 6 matchup versus the Bears.
10/7/2025 9:49:00 PM
Hutchinson recorded four tackles (two solo) including 1.0 sacks and a forced fumble during Sunday's 37-24 win at Cincinnati.
Hutchinson earned his fifth sack in four games by torching tackle Orlando Brown around the edge early in the fourth quarter, and he forced a fumble for the third time in as many contests when he subsequently dislodged the ball from Jake Browning's grasp. He'll be eager to extend both streaks in a Week 6 tilt at Kansas City.
10/7/2025 9:00:00 PM
Dennis recorded eight tackles (four solo) during the Buccaneers' 38-35 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
Dennis played 56 of 61 defensive snaps (91.8 percent) and finished Sunday's contest with the third most sacks on the Buccaneers behind Lavonte David and Jacob Parrish (nine each). Dennis has recorded at least eight tackles in three of the first five games of the regular season and is up to 33 stops (23 solo) and two pass defenses in 2025.

Marks rushed the ball seven times for 24 yards in Sunday's 44-10 win over the Ravens. He did not catch his only target.
Marks rotated within drives with Nick Chubb for most of the game, but he still ended up with four fewer carries. Neither back was able to get much going, and three of Marks' seven carries went for one yard or less. While it was a disappointing follow-up to what appeared to be a breakout performance in Week 5, game script didn't help as Houston pulled most of its offensive starters early in the fourth quarter.
10/5/2025 5:57:00 PM
Stroud completed 23 of 27 passes for 244 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 44-10 win over the Ravens. He added one rush for 30 yards.
Stroud faced a thinned version of the Baltimore defense that was missing Kyle Hamilton (groin), Marlon Humphrey (calf) and Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring) in its secondary alone. He took advantage of the good spot, throwing more than three touchdowns for only the second time in his career while completing three passes of at least 20 yards. Stroud was ultimately pulled early in the fourth quarter due to the game being a blowout, but it was a positive fantasy performance and also a good showing for the Houston offense overall.

Reichard missed his lone field-goal attempt and made all three of his extra-point tries during the Vikings' 21-17 win over the Browns.
Reichard had a chance to tie the game at 17-17 early in the fourth quarter, but his field-goal try from 51 yards out sailed wide right. It was Reichard's first missed field goal of the season, and through five games the second-year kicker has gone 8-for-9 on field-goal attempts and 11-for-11 on extra-point tries.

Mills and the Texans agreed Tuesday on a one-year, $7 million contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Mills had been ticketed for free agency next spring, but for the second September in a row, the Texans have given him some extra security in the form of a one-year extension. The $7 million deal is fully guaranteed, which should ensure that Mills faces no real competition for the No. 2 role heading into 2026. He'll be entering his third straight season as C.J. Stroud's backup and won't be in line for anything more than spot duty so long as Stroud is healthy. Through his first two NFL seasons, Stroud has missed just two games, with both absences coming late in his rookie campaign while he recovered from a concussion.

Stidham and the Broncos agreed on a two-year, $12 million contract Sunday, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.
Stidham will stick around Denver after spending the last two seasons with the team, most recently operating as the top backup option behind Bo Nix in 2024. The 28-year-old did not attempt a pass this past season, and he'll likely remain the No. 2 option again in 2025.
